My first guest started her channel on Youtube in June 2020 and already has more than 94, 000 views.

First, I would like to tell you how I met Irina Gavriluk.

I met her through Facebook groups such as  SMART ENGLISH FOR KIDS or MAGIC ENGLISH FOR KIDS where most of her marketing is done.
She produces great content for kids which can be easily included in Kindergarten and primary lessons.

I asked her to write a few lines about Mr Burgerbook. She promptly accepted.

I would like to invite you to check it out by starting with this one or this one here!

How Was Mr.Burgerbook And Alive Books Created?

During quarantine time, there was no chance to teach students at schools, so we began to create alive books.

What Has Encouraged Mr.Burgerbook To Grow?

We have many positive responses from young learners, librarians and parents all over the world who have been following us since we started Mr Burgerbook.

Some of the students directly ask us to make their favourite books alive.

They say it would help them to read and practice more.

Why Did We Try Alive Books?

1# We wanted to bring books a second life because more and more people watch videos instead of reading books;

2# The new generation is getting used to modern technologies and devices to read;

3# Traditional books might not arouse young readers’ interest;

4# Videos can easily engage students of all ages;

5# Alive books develop abilities such as visual ability and sense of hearing at the same time (traditional books cannot);

6# While watching alive books, young learners get correct input and pronunciation which traditional books cannot provide.

How Does Mr.Burgerbook Help ESL Teachers?

Using Mr Burgerbook as a teaching tool is a great idea for ESL teachers, parents, or whoever wants to learn English!

We will not only make thematic videos for different ages but also organize thematic flashcards, games and songs to match our videos. So this will improve the teaching response.

And finally, remember alive books can be adapted to all levels and teaching situations: for teachers working in face-to-face classrooms where Covid-19 restrictions are in place or for teachers working from home.
