Hi, my name is Ana Juanico and I love teaching!

Yes, I really do.

I’m an ESL/EFL teacher from Portugal. I was born in Lisbon and I’m living in Porto since my teenage years.
I’ve been teaching English since the 90s in several public middles and secondary Portuguese schools.

I’ve also had some experience in teaching English to very young learners and I was involved in several projects related to that age group.

I’m currently teaching in Matosinhos, right next to Porto, the second-largest city of Portugal.

I use different vocabulary teaching strategies in my classroom to help my students learn and develop and I’ll share some here with you all!

On this website I am going to add up vocabulary resources and activities such as vocabulary lists, printables with free downloads and templates to help you. These will be free and easy to download.

Let me know which topic do you need to teach (or learn!) and I will come up with an idea, a picture or a worksheet to encourage you or your learners in this process of teaching and learning.
